Submission deadline:  January 5th, 2026

We accept three types of presentations: scientific papers, posters, and tool demonstrations.

All submissions must be anonymized, meaning that nothing in your text or bibliography should allow you to be identified (reviews will be anonymous, double-blind). No attachment should be added to your submission. Each participant may submit a maximum of two proposals (whether as first author or co-author).

The conference languages are French (with English support), English (with French support), Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German (with support in French or English).

Oral Presentations

Submissions must include an abstract of approximately 1,500 characters (+ or – 10%, including spaces, excluding references). The proposal must include a title and a short bio-bibliography. Oral presentations will be delivered during thematic sessions in a 20-minute format, followed by questions.

Accepted oral presentations may be accompanied by a slideshow (translated into English or French).

Posters

Submissions must include an abstract of approximately 750 characters (+ or – 10%, including spaces, excluding references). The proposal must include a provisional title and a short bio-bibliography.

Tool Demonstrations

Submissions must include an abstract of approximately 750 characters (+ or – 10%, including spaces, excluding references). The proposal must include a provisional title, a short bio-bibliography, and links providing access to the tool showcased or to additional resources.
